Job summary
L.A.B. Golf is seeking a NetSuite Operations and Supply Chain Administrator to own and optimize NetSuite across manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics.
You will design, configure, and optimize NetSuite solutions to support inventory, production workflows, and global order fulfillment, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and leadership for scalable growth. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of ERP experience, strong MRP/WMS knowledge, and hands-on exposure to Ship Central, EDI,
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP administration.
- 2+ years NetSuite MRP and production workflows.
- 2+ years NetSuite WMS and fulfillment.
- Experience with NetSuite Ship Central or similar shipping solutions.
- Experience managing EDI transactions and 3PL integrations.
- Cross-functional experience with Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, IT.
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products environments.
Responsibilities
- Own NetSuite functional areas for Manufacturing, WMS, Supply Chain, Logistics, and related workflows.
- Serve as primary NetSuite subject matter expert for Ops, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
- Configure and optimize inventory management, fulfillment, and operational workflows in NetSuite.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to design and improve NetSuite MRP for domestic and international ops.
- Support end-to-end operational execution by aligning system processes with real-world needs.
- Lead lifecycle activities: requirements, design, testing, deployment, support.
