Job summary

Myers-Holum is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own NetSuite for a wood products client. You’ll lead adoption, roadmap, and system improvements across facilities, warehouses, and partner networks, with a clear path to scale as the company grows through fundraising and acquisitions.

You will own NetSuite and integrations, collaborating with engineering to support customer-facing experiences that read from NetSuite, and you’ll shape the system’s future with executive backing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems or ERP administration for physical products.
• Fluent in Netsuite back end (SuiteScripts; Custom Builds) and front end.
• Experience with lumber or forest products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite and integrations; drive adoption and roadmap for growth.
• Define discovery, triage and implementation plans with stakeholders.
• Oversee multi-entity, multi-site NetSuite operations and related WMS.
• Build and maintain integrations (HubSpot, DocuSign, Stripe, etc.).
• Develop an acquisition/integration playbook for new companies.
