Zusammenfassung

United Felts, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented warehouse associate to coordinate liner receiving, transfers, and shipping. You will ensure accurate ERP entries, maintain supply room stock, and support production and shipping with organized storage and labeling.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and safe operation of material handling equipment after training. Prior NetSuite experience is preferred. 5S standards apply and safety training is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with ERP inventory transactions, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail for counts, labels, and locations.
• Ability to read shipping docs, barcodes, and quantities accurately.
• Familiarity with warehouse 5S and safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate liners receiving, transfers, and shipping per procedures.
• Maintain supply room organization and stock levels; initiate purchases when needed.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Label, store, and verify liner IDs, lengths, and ERP locations.
• Operate forklifts after training and provide backup for Inventory Controls.
