Job summary

Heinen’s, Inc. is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to own NetSuite functionality, architecture, configuration, and data dependencies. You will support the General Ledger rollout, ensure data integrity, and partner with internal teams and vendors to optimize the platform.

You will design requirements, test scripts, and reports, while guiding users and maintaining system health. This role requires strong communication across finance and IT and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience in a NetSuite environment including General Ledger.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders across levels.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and document cross-functional business requirements for NetSuite features and processes.
• Develop, manage, and execute test scripts; document defects and track resolutions.
• Lead product sprint deployments, plan UAT, and manage releases.
• Collaborate with leaders, technology teams, and vendors to drive project outcomes.
• Provide NetSuite guidance and training; develop training materials as needed.
• Develop reporting templates, data queries, and financial reporting capabilities.
• Serve as Finance liaison between NetSuite and internal IT after implementation.
• Monitor NetSuite updates and upgrades; assess impact on processes and controls.
• Support monthly reporting packages and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
