Job summary

Shorelight, LLC is seeking a Finance Systems Administrator to sustain our NetSuite ERP environment and support financial reporting. The role sits at the crossroad of Finance and IT, collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, and IT to configure, maintain, and improve NetSuite and related systems.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of NetSuite experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to learn SuiteScript and SuiteAnalytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of NetSuite administration experience in finance.
• Foundational understanding of GL, AP, AR, close processes.
• Exposure to NetSuite configuration: fields, saved searches, basic workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite integration.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn SuiteScript and reporting tools.
• Experience with global teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration: saved searches, custom fields, reports, and dashboards.
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to understand requirements and assist with system configuration.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by monitoring system reliability and troubleshooting basic issues.
• Assist with maintaining integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, specifically Salesforce and Coupa; monitor data flow, troubleshoot sync errors, and resolve integration issues as they arise.
• Support NetSuite enhancement projects and upgrades under the guidance of senior FP&A/systems leadership.
• Build and maintain reports, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards for FP&A and Accounting stakeholders.
• Maintain system documentation following the Shorelight change management process, including process workflows, integration logic, and configuration changes.
• Assist with testing during NetSuite release cycles (bi-annual upgrades) and flag potential impacts to current processes.
• Provide first-line end-user training and support for NetSuite users across Finance and other departments.
• Help coordinate with NetSuite support and third-party consultants/implementation partners as needed.
• Support data integrity and adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
