Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite a must
• Leadership experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
• Exemplary problem‑solving, communication, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Train their team on our processes (and assist when processes need changing)
• Conduct employee reviews
• Ensure their team meets their KPIs (shipping and receiving, data entry, and purchasing)
• Lead and attend multiple meetings daily
• Lead day-to-day operations
• Coach to our Core Values
• Instill our purpose in employees
• Be a buffer between their boss and their subordinates
• Be ok with joining in and facilitating healthy conflict

Compensation
