Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking a Senior NetSuite Systems Analyst to own the ERP landscape in a growing multi-entity environment in the Kansas City area. You will take over day-to-day NetSuite ownership, drive enhancements, and improve integrations with other business systems.

You will collaborate with finance, operations and procurement to streamline processes, while preparing for future growth and onboarding new units onto NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience, ideally as the in-house owner/lead.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, projects, inventory and field service.
• Experience with SuiteFlow workflows, configuration and reporting.
• SuiteScript and integration work (Celigo, RESTlets, SuiteTalk) required.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with field service, CRM or quoting platforms is a bonus.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Onsite work in the Kansas City metro 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite day-to-day: support, maintenance, enhancements and change requests.
• Improve and extend integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.
• Design, build and improve workflows and automation that match how the business operates.
• Collaborate with procurement and vendor teams to streamline pricing and item updates.
• Partner with finance, operations and business systems on process improvement.
• Support future growth, including onboarding new business units onto NetSuite.
