Job summary

Meyer Lab in Blue Springs, MO is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator / Developer to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP environment across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, customer service, and sales operations.

The role requires hands-on SuiteScript development, deep ERP process knowledge, and the ability to integrate NetSuite with HubSpot and other third-party systems to support order-to-cash and operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience.
• 2+ years of SuiteScript development experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes including finance, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and order management.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with third‑party applications and using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Experience with HubSpot integration and data synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP platform.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and custom records.
• Maintain system integrity, security, and performance.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and data workflows to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support HubSpot-NetSuite integrations.
