Capaxrm is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to own and optimise the ERP environment across finance, operations and inventory. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve reporting, automation and system reliability.

The role focuses on configuring NetSuite modules, building dashboards, and supporting integrations with other platforms to drive operational efficiency in a retail context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar ERP role.
• Experience configuring NetSuite workflows, custom fields, forms and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Financials, Inventory, Purchasing and Order Management modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues independently.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into NetSuite solutions.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across departments.
• Experience with retail, wholesale or inventory-driven environments.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations and eCommerce or warehouse systems.
• NetSuite certifications.
• Involvement in ERP implementations or optimisation projects.

Responsabilités

• NetSuite Administration: manage, maintain and optimise the NetSuite ERP platform.
• System Configuration: configure workflows, fields, forms, roles and dashboards.
• Process Improvement: partner with finance, inventory and IT to drive efficiencies.
• Reporting & Analytics: develop saved searches, reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Troubleshooting & Support: act as primary NetSuite contact for issues.
• Integrations: support data flows between NetSuite and other platforms.
• User Training: deliver training and create documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: seek automation and system enhancements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with internal teams and external partners on upgrades.
