Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator, Financial Systems, to optimize and support our NetSuite ERP and related financial platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, configurations, and system performance across platforms like Coupa and Avalara.

You will manage Order-to-Cash lifecycles, ensure controls and security, and drive reporting improvements while expanding exposure to additional financial systems.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of professional NetSuite administration experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, ARM.
• Experience developing custom solutions within NetSuite.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with complex Order-to-Cash lifecycles and multi-system integrations.
• Knowledge of security practices, user access control, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for NetSuite ERP to maximize efficiency.
• Manage configurations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Order 2 Cash, Tax, development teams).
• Participate in implementation and integration projects refining roles, permissions, and controls.
• Document requirements and design reports for management and audits.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
