Job summary

Tiger BioSciences, LLC is seeking a hands-on Manager, NetSuite Engineering in San Antonio to partner with the ERP COE on large NetSuite projects. You will champion architecture, configuration, testing, training, and deployment for life sciences manufacturing in a regulated environment, with focus on WIP, routing, inventory, and standard costing.

You will liaise with headquarters in Conshohocken and drive scalable operating models.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on NetSuite experience in regulated life sciences.
Experience leading large NetSuite projects from discovery to deployment.
CSV validation and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 knowledge.
Expertise in WIP, routing, and standard costing in manufacturing.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable NetSuite designs.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with Finance, Manufacturing, and Quality to document current-state processes.
Design NetSuite architecture favoring standard functionality before customization.
Configure NetSuite manufacturing, inventory, and financials per approved designs.
Coordinate data migration, validation, and reconciliation for deployments.
Develop training materials and drive adoption across sites.
Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness (FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
Lead or co-lead projects with multiple stakeholders and partners.
