Job summary

Luxor Workspaces is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to own the company’s NetSuite environment, Boomi deployment, and EDI operations, partnering with an external service provider. This role reports to the Sr.

IT Manager and ensures the reliability of NetSuite, Boomi integrations, and EDI connections across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of NetSuite administration, expertise in iPaaS platforms, and strong knowledge of EDI protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent business experience.
• 4+ years hands-on NetSuite administration experience with iPaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of EDI and X12 ANSI transaction sets.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in NetSuite (saved searches, SuiteAnalytics).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite administration, including user access, roles/permissions, and system configuration.
• Support NetSuite OneWorld administration, subsidiary-level configuration, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency considerations.
• Manage third-party integrations connected to NetSuite (sales tax engine, payment gateway, TMS, WMS).
• Maintain and troubleshoot NetSuite customizations (SuiteFlow, custom records, SuiteScript).
• Perform sandbox testing and validate NetSuite release upgrades before production deployment.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot saved searches, SuiteAnalytics datasets, and dashboards.
