Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to own the NetSuite environment, Boomi deployments, and EDI operations, partnering with our MSP to ensure reliable order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.

You will manage NetSuite OneWorld, multi-currency configurations, and integrations to tax engines, payment gateways, TMS, and WMS. Build reports and dashboards for operational and financial insights, serving as the internal EDI lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent business experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including iPaaS platform experience (Boomi, Celigo, or similar).
• Strong understanding of EDI and X12 ANSI-standard transaction sets.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite administration, including user access, roles/permissions, and system configuration.
• Manage NetSuite OneWorld administration, including subsidiary-level configuration, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency considerations.
• Lead incident response for integration-related failures and coordinate with vendors/partners.
