Job summary

Fiber Optic Center, Inc. in New Bedford, MA is seeking a NetSuite Technical Administrator to balance standard system configuration with advanced technical skills for distribution networks, inventory tools, and external logistics integrations.

The role covers SuiteScript, Suitelets, RESTlets, Map/Reduce, reports, and integrations with warehouse systems, shipping carriers, and payment systems, working with the Platforms Director.

Qualifications

• NetSuite technical administrator with distribution environment experience.
• Experience with SuiteScript and integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Avalara AvaTax and tax nexus configurations.
• Knowledge of warehouse and shipping system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x/2.1.
• Build Suitelets, RESTlets, Map/Reduce scripts, and workflows.
• Create saved searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Celigo middleware.
• Support EDI transactions from Salesforce CRM and work with the Salesforce Administrator.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite and integration issues.
• Gather requirements and deliver technical solutions with business teams.
• Perform data migration, imports, exports, and data validation.
