Job summary

BaubleBar is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to gather and translate business needs into system requirements and drive ERP enhancements. You will partner with stakeholders across functions to implement integrations and optimize processes.

The role focuses on NetSuite, Shopify, SnapFulfil WMS, and Power BI, with strong emphasis on data analysis, testing, and end-user training. Location supports hybrid onsite days in the NY/NJ/CT area.

Qualifications

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms, preferably NetSuite.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems, preferably SnapFulfil and NetSuite WMS.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting tools (Power BI).
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and refine business and system requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
• Coordinate and assist in implementing system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Support NetSuite ERP and related business applications.
• Evaluate requests and respond within SLAs.
• Interview users to refine requirements and validate solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
• Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing for deployments.
• Create and maintain business process docs, workflows, and SOPs.
• Develop dashboards, reports, saved searches, and data analyses.
