Job summary

Relay is building a data-driven finance function in Raleigh. We are seeking an accounting professional to own the month-end close, reconciliations, and banking activities in NetSuite, while partnering with FP&A and People Services on payroll and headcount costs.

You will also administer Relay's T&E card program and Navan platform, ensure policy compliance, and support audits with crisp documentation. This role offers growth in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive accounting experience; internship a plus.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Partner with FP&A and People Services to ensure payroll accuracy and proper cost allocation.
• Support internal/external audits with well-documented workpapers.
• Administer Relay's T&E card program and Navan platform, including policy compliance.
• Collaborate on systems integration between NetSuite and third-party apps to improve data integrity.
