Beacon Hill is seeking an AR Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable, general ledger activity, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on AR experience and a strong understanding of GL accounting, with NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities include managing daily AR, posting payments, cash applications, reconciliations to the GL, month-end close assistance, journal entries, and maintaining accurate records.

• Staff Accountant or AR accounting experience
• Hands-on accounts receivable experience
• Experience with journal entries and month-end close
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• High attention to detail

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities
• Prepare and post customer payments
• Perform cash applications and account reconciliations
• Reconcile AR balances to the general ledger
• Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations
• Research and resolve account discrepancies
