Leeds Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst for a temporary, open-ended assignment in our growing finance team. The role focuses on processing invoices in NetSuite, maintaining vendor data, and supporting month-end close in a fast-paced AI technology environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AP experience, strong NetSuite skills, and solid GL knowledge. Proficiency in Excel and excellent attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end close processes.
• Experience processing high-volume invoices and managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Process high-volume vendor invoices in NetSuite with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review invoices for coding accuracy, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and process electronic payments, ACH, wires, and checks.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Post journal entries and assist with GL reconciliations and close activities.
• Maintain vendor master data and W-9 documentation.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and liability recording.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to resolve PO issues.
• Assist audit requests with supporting documentation and compliance.
• Support other finance projects as assigned.
