Qualifications

• 3+ years of NetSuite experience as consultant or administrator.
• SuiteFoundations and Administrator certs preferred.
• Strong inventory and warehouse processes knowledge.
• GAAP accounting understanding.
• Experience with multi-subsidiary and multi-currency NetSuite OneWorld.
• Customer-first mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the health and performance of the NetSuite environment.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Configure and customize workflows, forms, and reports.
• Implement and manage integrations with external applications and EDI systems.
• Perform and maintain sandbox refreshes to ensure testing procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest NetSuite releases and best practices.
• Develop and maintain complex scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
• Provide training and support to users on NetSuite functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Coordinate duties with Inventory Manager to ensure oversight of inventory.
