URM Stores, Inc. in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to support and optimize the NetSuite ecosystem that powers our business.

You will serve as the primary contact for NetSuite users, providing guidance, training, and system improvements to ensure reliable operations. The role requires strong NetSuite expertise, hands-on configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain processes, reports, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of NetSuite Administration experience.
• Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, custom forms, and workflows.
• Solid understanding of core NetSuite system functionality and ERP configuration.
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment, including under pressure and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• NetSuite Support & Administration: maintain NetSuite and related apps across the ecosystem.
• System Design & Configuration: propose enhancements and manage changes to fields, workflows, roles, layouts, reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with departments to align NetSuite with operational needs.
• Ongoing Operations: monitor health, maintain knowledge, and participate in change management.
