Job summary

SonarSource is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to own the administration and integration of our Oracle NetSuite environment across multiple sites and functions. You will streamline ERP configurations, manage access controls, and lead IT-control compliant changes as the company scales during rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite administration and finance/accounting support experience.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and integrations with business processes.
• Experience with third‑party integrations such as Salesforce CPQ, Pigment, Aptitude, Stripe, and procurement tools.
• Experience with SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), JavaScript, and RESTlet/SOAP APIs.
• NetSuite Administrator Certificate required.
• Experience applying IT general controls to SOX-compliant environments.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day NetSuite administration, configuration, and maintenance across systems.
• Manage roles, permissions, profiles, and access following ITIL-based processes.
• Lead change management processes and document impact assessments.
• Collaborate with Finance/Accounting to translate needs into scalable configurations.
• Support and maintain internal tools and NetSuite module improvements.
• Design, build, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions with SuiteScript/Flow/Talk.
• Develop and troubleshoot API integrations between NetSuite and third‑party systems.
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct testing and QA for system enhancements.
• Stay current with ERP/NetSuite best practices and upgrades.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
