Job summary

Ampacity is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support the backbone of financial and operational systems in a fully remote capacity. You will influence how we operate, scale, and make strategic decisions, with a focus on SOX-compliant change management and system enhancements.

Qualifications

4+ years of NetSuite administration experience with advanced configuration, customization, and development skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a NetSuite administrator, managing user access, roles, provisioning, and SOX-compliant change management.
Execute NetSuite roadmap initiatives, including module implementations, enhancements, integrations, and projects with external consultants.
Design approval workflows and assist in ERP controls oversight for compliance.
Gather requirements, document solutions, test features, and provide user training as needed.
Manage ancillary systems and ensure seamless NetSuite integration (Box, HCSS/HeavyJob, FloQast, Concur).
Build and test NetSuite dashboards, create reports, perform mass CSV updates, and saved searches.
Develop SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteScript customizations, leveraging AI tooling to accelerate admin tasks.
Travel up to 10% occasionally for implementations and stakeholder engagement.
