Job summary

ATEX Distributing, LLC is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to own and optimize our NetSuite ERP. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure NetSuite runs efficiently and supports growth.

You will configure roles, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards; troubleshoot issues; and drive process improvements, automation, and integration management across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as NetSuite administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Experience with saved searches, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and security.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job description

ATEX Distributing is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to serve as the primary owner and administrator of our NetSuite ERP platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, improving processes, supporting users, and driving system optimization across multiple departments.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure NetSuite is operating efficiently and supporting the company's continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP
• Configure and maintain roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and system settings
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day NetSuite issues for users across the organization
• Support inventory, purchasing, order management, fulfillment, warehouse, and financial processes within NetSuite
• Create and maintain reports and business intelligence tools
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and system enhancements
• Partner with department leaders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
• Support and manage integrations including RF-Smart, CRM platforms, EDI, and other business applications
• Coordinate with third-party NetSuite consultants, developers, and implementation partners
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Maintain data integrity and support system governance initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Experience with saved searches, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and user security
• Knowledge of inventory, purchasing, order management, and financial workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and user support abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator Certification
• Experience with RF-Smart, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or system integrations
• Experience working in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
