Stable10 has exclusively partnered with a growing manufacturing and services organization is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join its developing internal business systems team.
Working closely with the new Business Systems Leader, you will support, maintain, and improve the company’s NetSuite environment. The successful candidate will combine hands-on NetSuite administration experience with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and continuously improve the NetSuite platform.
- Provide day-to-day support to users across finance, manufacturing, operations, inventory, and supply chain.
- Manage users, roles, permissions, forms, fields, records, and system preferences.
- Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and workflows.
- Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and deliver practical solutions.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable NetSuite improvements.
- Support manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, order-management, procurement, and financial processes.
- Assist with testing, documentation, user training, system releases, and change management.
- Monitor data quality and help maintain effective system controls and governance.
- Work with external NetSuite partners and third-party vendors when required.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system adoption.
- Support integrations and other business applications connected to NetSuite.
- Contribute to the development of NetSuite standards, processes, and best practices as the internal team grows.
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite.
- Experience supporting users and resolving functional NetSuite issues.
- Strong knowledge of saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Experience gathering requirements and delivering system enhancements.
- Understanding of core NetSuite business processes across finance and operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing business systems team.
- Experience supporting NetSuite within a manufacturing or services organisation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, WMS, supply-chain, procurement, or order-management processes.
- Exposure to NetSuite Manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing, or WMS.
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, CSV imports, integrations, or basic SuiteScript.
- Experience supporting NetSuite implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, or process-standardisation projects.
- NetSuite certifications are advantageous but not essential.
