Leidos is hiring a Journeyman NetOps Engineer located in MacDill AFB, Florida. This role involves supporting the Global Solutions Management-Operations II to provide extensive operational networking capabilities. Responsibilities include routing and switching support, troubleshooting network performance, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, CCNA certification, at least five years of experience, and a valid Secret clearance, along with relevant DoD 8140 certifications.

Qualifications

• Current DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ce, CCNA Security, CySA+).
• CCNA certification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational routing and switching support.
• Troubleshoot routing protocols and network performance.
• Cross-train and support multiple technologies.
• Support system adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize ticketing systems for documentation.
• Resolve a wide range of network infrastructure problems.
• Support 24×7 Network Operations as needed.
