Job summary

Illumia, LLC is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead NetMenu implementations across healthcare and education settings. You will guide complex projects, tailor training for kitchen and food service teams, and work with clients to optimize inventories, purchasing, menus and production workflows.

You will mentor junior staff and ensure clear documentation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3–5 years in food production leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Illumia's NetMenu or CBORD Food Service Suite.
• Proven ability to translate operations into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote NetMenu implementations for multi-site environments.
• Develop and deliver customized training programs for kitchen and food service teams.
• Analyze client challenges and design solutions to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and improve integrations.
• Mentor Associate-level team members and contribute to project documentation.
• Maintain project status reports and implementation plans for stakeholders.
