Job summary

Illumia, LLC is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead NetMenu implementations, train users, and optimize food production workflows across multiple sites. Role combines on-site and remote work with 50%–75% travel and home office when not traveling.

You will mentor junior staff, communicate complex concepts to executives, and contribute to project delivery and client satisfaction. Strong knowledge of NetMenu and CBORD FS Suite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years in food service leadership
• Hands-on experience with Illumia's NetMenu or CBORD FS Suite
• Proven knowledge of food production operations and workflows
• Strong training and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote NetMenu implementations across multi-site food production environments.
• Develop and deliver customized training programs to kitchen and food service teams.
• Independently analyze client challenges and design solutions to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure integration.
• Mentor Associate-level team members and contribute to their development.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and implementation plans.
• Contribute to revenue and billable utilization goals.
• Stay current on NetMenu functionality and industry best practices.
