Job summary

Illumia is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant, serving as SME for the NetMenu platform. You will lead on‑site and remote implementations for Healthcare and Higher Education clients, guiding kitchen operations, inventory management, and item/recipe creation.

You will train teams, collaborate across internal groups, and maintain strong documentation. Travel is required; home office basiert when not traveling. Exempt position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–3 years hands‑on back‑of‑house kitchen ops experience in healthcare or higher ed.
• In‑depth knowledge of food production operations including inventory management and retail menu operations.
• In‑depth knowledge of item and recipe creation, production recipes, yield testing, and standardized recipe management.
• Strong experience with systems and proficiency in training and presenting.
• Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, and human relations skills.
• Effective time management, decision‑making, and organizational abilities.
• Customer‑first mindset with a professional appearance.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote implementations of the NetMenu platform for healthcare and higher education clients.
• Deliver training to kitchen and food service teams on back‑of‑house workflows (inventory, menu ops, purchasing, receiving, requisitions).
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to integrate NetMenu into operations across campuses/sites.
• Maintain documentation: agendas, status reports, and implementation plans.
• Meet revenue and billable utilization goals through project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Expand knowledge of NetMenu and Illumia systems to be the go‑to expert for food production and recipe management.
