Illumia, LLC is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead NetMenu implementations, train users, and optimize food production workflows across multiple sites. Role combines on-site and remote work with 50%–75% travel and home office when not traveling.
You will mentor junior staff, communicate complex concepts to executives, and contribute to project delivery and client satisfaction. Strong knowledge of NetMenu and CBORD FS Suite is preferred.
Salary Range: $64,400-85,900

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Implementation Consultant at Illumia, you are a trusted food service expert and go-to resource for NetMenu platform implementations. With deep, hands-on knowledge of food production operations, you independently lead complex implementations while mentoring associate-level team members. You work closely with clients to solve problems, optimize workflows, and drive successful outcomes across diverse food service environments.
NetMenu is Illumia's foodservice and nutrition platform. It helps food service operations across healthcare and higher education manage inventory, purchasing and receiving, menu operations, recipes, and production workflows in one system, giving foodservice teams what they need to operate efficiently and giving administrators visibility into food costs and operational compliance.

Travel is required for this position and will fluctuate based on client needs and project timelines, typically ranging from 50% to 75%, with travel primarily occurring Monday through Thursday.
Home office-based when not traveling.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
