Job summary

Illumia, LLC is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver and support cashless payment and POS solutions. The role involves installing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting systems for clients, with hybrid work options for local candidates in Alpharetta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ.

You will join a team of Project Managers and Senior Consultants, reporting to the Implementation Consultant Manager. Responsibilities include on-site or remote deployment, client training, and ongoing support

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting cashless payment and POS solutions.
• Ability to install, configure, integrate, and troubleshoot systems for clients.
• Experience delivering on-site or remote installation and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage projects and work with a team on technical engagements.
• Meet targets for utilization, customer satisfaction, and project forecast accuracy.
• Deliver on-site or remote installation and go-live support for clients.
• Provide expert training and consultative services for optimal system functionality.
• Coordinate hardware shipments with Project Management.
• Configure interfaces with 3rd party HR and Payroll systems.
• Configure POS devices, menus, and related features.
• Work with credit card gateways and payment processors.

What you will be doing:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering and supporting cashless payment and point-of-sale solutions by installing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting systems for clients. The role combines technical implementation, client training, and ongoing support to ensure successful deployments, optimal system performance, and high customer satisfaction.

Who you will work with:

This team is comprised of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants who are committed to providing our clients with high-quality project management and expert services. This position reports to the Implementation Consultant Manager with supervision and assistance from Senior Implementation Consultants.

As Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for participating as a technical team member in the implementation of, but not limited to, the Quickcharge cashless payment and point of sale solution. You will have significant responsibilities associated with initial installation, configuration, training and client support.

• Independently managingin addition to working with a team to provide services on technical project engagements
• Meeting established goals for utilization, customer satisfaction and project forecast for completion as set by management
• Delivering on-site or remote installation and go-live support for clients
• Deliver expert training and consultative services to provide optimal system functionality
• Assist the Project Management team with the coordination of hardware shipment
• Configuration of interfaces with 3rd party HR and Payroll systems
• Configuration of Point-of-Sale devices, menus and related features
• Working with credit card gateways
