Job summary

Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC (WFS) is seeking a Facilities Site Manager to lead the site operations for NETL, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance of maintenance and engineering contracts. You will manage budgets, schedules, and a site-wide safety program while coordinating with NETL staff and WFS leadership.

The role requires directing a new site leadership team, fostering accountability and proactive problem solving to support NETL’s mission-critical objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of job-related experience, or 20 years of operations, maintenance, and R&D support experience.
• Leadership, management skills, and budgeting ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced/intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• U.S. citizenship is required; ability to pass drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce a culture of safety within the organization and lead safety talks.
• Coordinate maintenance and support of facilities at the client site, including installation and testing of equipment.
• Define maintenance scope, assemble resources, develop work breakdown structures and milestones.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance plans for all infrastructure activities.
• Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders to ensure lifecycle activities are planned and controlled.
• Support infrastructure components related to research programs and experiments.
• Report to senior management on technical issues and developments.
