Job summary

Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC (WFS) seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to lead daily operations and maintenance at a large federal facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. You will oversee site personnel, coordinate resources, and serve as the primary on-site leader for facility and environmental service requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management or environmental services, with proven leadership in a complex operational environment.

Qualifications

• Must be US Citizen.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Associate degree in Facilities Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent education or military experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance (O&M), facilities management, environmental services, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting large facilities, campuses, industrial sites, or complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of site operations and maintenance activities.
• Direct and coordinate contractor personnel, resources, tools, materials, and equipment to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for operational issues, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor work quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance, environmental, and facility-related services.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of customer service and mission readiness.
