Job summary

Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC (WFS) seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead O&M and Facilities Management for a large-scale federal contract in the Charleston area. The role requires directing personnel, managing resources, and ensuring contract success in a secure government environment.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in O&M/FM, 5+ years managing large facilities, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.
Associate's degree or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in O&M, Facilities Management, or related services.
Minimum 5 years managing services for large-scale facilities or government installations.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership for contract performance and service delivery.
Direct and manage contractor personnel to meet mission objectives.
Deploy labor resources, tools, and materials to support operations.
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, safety, and security requirements.
Coordinate with government stakeholders and leadership on priorities.
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
