Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC (WFS) seeks a Project Manager to serve as the on-site lead for contract operations in a large-scale facility. You will provide leadership, manage maintenance, repairs, and customer service to meet performance standards.

The role requires overseeing personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality metrics while engaging with government stakeholders and occupants.

Qualifications

• Top Secret Clearance required.
• 15 years of experience in operations and maintenance or facilities management, with at least 5 years in large facilities.
• At least 4 years in the last 5 years overseeing operations for a building of 400,000+ sq ft.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight and management of all contract operations and facility services.
• Serve as official contractor representative with authority to act on contract performance matters.
• Ensure on-site presence during core business hours to support operations and customer needs.
• Direct and coordinate facility operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and building alterations.
• Manage personnel, subcontractors, and resources for successful contract execution.
• Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Review and respond to inspection reports and contract communications on behalf of the contractor.
• Exercise independent purchasing authority up to $5,000 per transaction for tools and parts.
• Monitor compliance, safety, and performance metrics.
• Build relationships with government stakeholders, occupants, and customers through effective communication.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Facilities Management
