We are seeking a NETA Field Service Technician to join our expanding team. The role involves testing, maintenance, and repair of low and medium voltage electrical systems, supporting engineering design projects such as wiring, testing, and commissioning relay and switchgear upgrades.

Preferred Location: Tulsa, OK

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding safe work practices in electrical work.
• Knowledge of electric power systems and operation.
• Experience with data center environments.
• Inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning electrical systems up to 15kV.
• Testing circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, and motor controllers.
• Using meters and test equipment accurately.
• Reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Preparing detailed test reports.
• Leading field crews and planning work.
• Maintaining safety standards and compliance.
• Proficiency with hand tools and test equipment software.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in power plants, industrial services, or related fields.
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• NETA 3 or 4 certification preferred.
• Experience with Power DB and relays testing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements:

• Remote work capability.
• Travel up to 50-70%, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Working Conditions:

Work involves outdoor environments, working near high-voltage equipment, and travel. Must adhere to safety protocols and use PPE. May involve working at heights and in confined spaces.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various physical positions for extended periods. Good vision and hearing are essential for safety and communication.
