Job summary

CBRE seeks an Investor Asset Management Analyst to evaluate and present data to optimize portfolios and guide redevelopment opportunities. The role covers strategic advisory, market data gathering, and collaboration with property accountants.

You will support rent optimization, performance analyses, and input for valuations while adhering to CBRE's values and standardized processes, with growth opportunities in a global real estate services leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize basic cash flow distribution through tenant management.
• Review performance fees, cost reductions, and value growth by optimizing rental income to lower the risk profile.
• Gather market data to assist with developing marketing and property management strategies.
• Work with property accountants to create asset management reports and assess performance of local property managers.
• Provide input for the property valuations process.
