Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field from an accredited institution.
• A combination of education and experience with proven track record may be accepted.
• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 with advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of CAD software Solid Edge or Solid Works given preferential consideration.
• Advanced knowledge of CAM software SigmaNest or MetaCAM given preferential consideration.
• Proficient in Visual Studio with emphasis in C# and VB.NET.
• Proficient in SQL building DB, developing advanced queries and stored procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, developing dashboards

Responsibilities

• Producing nested layouts for laser, turret and CNC router based on production demand.
• Produce offline programs for press brakes and panel bender based on production demand.
• Maintain electronic parts library ensuring revision control.
• Maintain a balanced workload at cutting and forming equipment.
• Develop/support software automation tools to perform data collection, create dashboards and tools to improve manual process.
• Create/maintain documentation for automation tools
• Perform data collecting and report out metrics to members of the Operations Team
• Provide Continuous Improvement support for all areas of the business
