Dominion Energy seeks a Nuclear NERC Compliance Manager to develop and implement compliance plans meeting NERC, FERC, and regional requirements. You will lead initiatives, monitor regulatory changes, and communicate complex notices to senior management, coordinating with Legal, EMP, and Station Management to address compliance issues.

You will review standards, assess liabilities, and deliver expert presentations to diverse audiences, shaping the company’s regulatory posture and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electric utility industry experience.
• Ability to communicate persuasively on regulatory and technical topics.
• Skills in defining and analyzing complex data and performance measures.
• Strong organizational and project management capability.
• Demonstrated leadership and sound judgment in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements compliance management plans to meet NERC/FERC requirements.
• Leads regulatory policy initiatives and monitors regulatory changes.
• Communicates NERC-related notices, policies, orders, and audits to senior management.
• Identifies and prioritizes compliance risks and engages with regulators.
• Delivers NERC presentations for various audiences.
