Job summary

GridSME is seeking a Compliance Account Manager to lead client relationships for MCS engagements. You will apply NERC CIP and O&P expertise to guide clients through compliance programs, develop procedures, and maintain evidence. The role requires strong collaboration with GridSME teams and active participation in industry groups.

The position emphasizes documentation, process improvement, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. A hybrid work model in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• NERC CIP and O&P (693) policy development and documentation experience.
• Experience improving business processes and documenting workflows.
• Ability to identify gaps and propose improvements with clear write-ups.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client manager for GridSME Managed Compliance Services (MCS) clients.
• Facilitate periodic stakeholder meetings with clients.
• Provide guidance on NERC Reliability Standards compliance with best practices.
• Develop and manage client NERC compliance programs and documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact with NERC and Regional Entities.
