Job summary

Enchanted Rock Management LLC seeks a NERC Compliance Specialist to build and manage the company’s internal compliance program as NERC commitments grow across projects. Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant experience in NERC reliability compliance, electric utility or generation compliance, power-system operations, regulatory affairs, or a closely related field.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for engineering, operations, and management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, defensible compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ERock's day-to-day internal coordinator for NERC compliance across development, commissioning, and operating projects.
• Coordinate with external NERC compliance advisor to interpret Standards and regional requirements.
• Develop and maintain calendars, obligation registers, evidence matrices, and trackers to ensure timely compliance.
• Coordinate preparation of NERC registration materials, regulatory correspondence, self-certifications, data requests, and portal submissions.
• Support contract reviews by identifying reliability-compliance responsibilities before scope acceptance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate compliance requirements into executable deliverables.
• Collect, organize, and retain evidence such as operating records, test results, and procedures for audits.
