Dominion Energy is seeking a Consultant and subject matter expert for NERC compliance and internal compliance programs. The role provides training and leadership across the organization, identifies gaps, prioritizes risks, and represents the company in NERC forums.

It also supports the Manager-DEV Regulatory & Compliance on complex issues and leads special compliance projects. Ideal candidates will have 7-8+ years in Electric Transmission/NERC, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Formación

• 7-8+ years in Electric Transmission and/or NERC Compliance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the Bulk Electric System (BES) and NERC Standards.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication and presentation skills.
• Respectful assertiveness to ensure compliance without compromising standards.
• Demonstrated consensus-building and team-building skills.
• Diplomatic and persuasive when advocating compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work independently.
• Able to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Able to analyze information and make sound decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide training, leadership, support and compliance expertise to SMEs and NERC roles.
• Identify gaps in the internal NERC compliance program and implement new controls.
• Assess and prioritize NERC compliance risks based on regulatory requirements.
• Represent Dominion Energy NERC compliance interests in internal and external forums.
• Act as an agent of consensus in the stakeholder process.
• Assist the Manager-DEV Regulatory & Compliance with complex issues and new products.
• Lead complex special projects related to compliance.
