Job summary

ERock seeks a NERC compliance specialist to lead internal coordination of reliability standards for development, commissioning, and operation projects. You will translate standards into practical actions, maintain evidence, and support filings, with close collaboration across leadership, engineering, and operations.

You will build internal capability, manage calendars, and coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely regulatory submissions and audits.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of NERC reliability compliance experience.
• Experience supporting multiple generating facilities or projects is preferred.
• Ability to interpret standards and translate into actionable tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with regulators and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day internal coordinator for NERC compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with external NERC compliance advisor on standards and requirements.
• Develop and maintain compliance calendars, evidence, and trackers.
• Prepare NERC registrations, regulatory correspondence, self-certifications, and data requests.
• Support contract reviews to identify reliability responsibilities before scope is accepted.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance deliverables.
