Nephrology Associates of Northern Illinois and Indiana (NANI) seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in Mount Prospect, IL. The NP will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians to deliver high-quality kidney care.

Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience as a practicing Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in Nephrology, cardiology, ICU or CCU preferred.
- Master's Degree or higher in Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and manage acute and chronic health problems.
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice and coordinate patient care with physicians.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and prevention.
