Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program.
• Current, unrestricted NP license in Virginia.
• National board certification as NP (ANCC or AANP).
• DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in dialysis units and outpatient offices.
• Conduct routine visits and coordinate care with physicians and multi-site teams.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and medications within scope of practice.
