- Prescriptive authority in SC with Federal/SC DEA Licensure.
- BLS and nephrology program certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and delegate nephrology patient care with physicians and staff.
- Communicate findings to nephrologist and care team.
- Provide family-centered care and act as a clinical resource.
- Work rotating through dialysis clinics and hospital rotations as needed.
