Job summary

Carolina Nephrology, PA is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to join our Greenville, SC team. This role spans office, dialysis centers, and hospital settings with a structured yet flexible schedule, including weekend day rotations and weeknight on-call.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, exams, diagnoses, and care planning in collaboration with supervising physicians.

Qualifications

• SC license for NP or PA-C certified by NCCPA and licensed in South Carolina.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an APP (nephrology preferred).
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
• Evaluate new and established patients in coordination with supervising physicians.
• Perform physical exams and assist with diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
• Document patient interactions, histories, and care plans in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in SC

Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in

BLS certification

3+ years APP experience
