Job summary

Nephrology Associates, Inc, a member of the Panoramic Health network, seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive CKD/ESRD care across outpatient clinics, dialysis centers, and hospital settings in Providence.

You will collaborate with nephrologists and dialysis teams, educating patients and families while advancing kidney disease management in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Rhode Island NP license or eligibility to licensure.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive CKD/ESRD and related care in outpatient nephrology clinics, dialysis centers, and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor treatment plans and educate patients/families.
