Job summary

Natera is seeking an experienced Organ Health Specialist to lead sales and market development in nephrology and transplant across the Piedmont Triad and Research Triangle region. You will drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and promote adoption of diagnostic products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in diagnostic/genetics/LDT sales, and up to 35% travel; UNC Health, Duke Health, and Wake Forest Baptist Health exposure is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive sales experience in diagnostic, genetics, or LDT.
• Pre-existing nephrology relationships are advantageous.
• Experience navigating large academic medical systems preferred; UNC Health, Duke Health, Wake Forest Baptist Health exposure a plus.
• Travel up to 35% within Greensboro‑Durham corridor.

Responsibilities

• Educate clinicians to shift diagnostic habits toward genetic testing in CKD care.
• Cultivate strong nephrology, transplant, and KOL relationships across the territory.
• Penetrate large IDNs and regional academic medical centers.
• Exceed sales goals through tailored territory management and product launches.
• Serve as local clinical and technology expert for services.
