Job summary

Natera is seeking an Organ Health Specialist to drive revenue growth in nephrology and transplant markets. You will promote Renasight, a genetic test for identifying hereditary kidney disease risks, and manage key relationships within the territory.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, expanding market adoption, and serving as the local expert on Natera’s technology and services. Travel 50–75% within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed test industry.
• Proven track record of closing sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• Existing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in nephrology or specialty medicine.
• Knowledge of academic medical systems and large hospital systems (IDNs) related to nephrology or specialty medicine.
• Travel up to 50% - 75% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Renasight genetic test for nephrology and transplant markets.
• Achieve and exceed performance goals through sales strategies and territory management.
• Drive market adoption and support product launches and market expansion.
• Represent the company with professionalism and technical expertise; develop tailored local business plans.
