NP Now, LLC seeks a Fellowship‑trained and board‑certified nephrologist to join a growing outpatient nephrology program in the Lake Norman region just north of Charlotte. You will collaborate with four in‑house nephrologists to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care for patients with CKD and renal failure.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and coordination of in‑center and home dialysis services, using Cerner EMR to optimize patient experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• NC medical license and DEA registration.
• Board certified.
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals and collaborating to ensure positive, effective patient experiences.
• Ability to serve without prejudice or judgment regardless of lifestyle, race, economic status, age, or religious affiliation of patients.

Responsibilities

• Fellowship-trained and board-certified nephrologist with experience in CKD and renal failure.
• Experience in in-house and home dialysis including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Help grow a new outpatient nephrology program within a multi-site health system.
• Work with Cerner EMR to coordinate patient care.
